• Commitment of guiding for one session, each session is 3-4 weeks long.
• Guiding is a volunteer position.
• Past experience on summer staff is preferred.
• Guides are led by Young Life field staff serving in the Head Guide role.
• Training will be provided for all aspects of the role (including one mandatory spring training).

You will need the email address of a Young Life staff person who is willing to write a recommendation on your behalf. You can expect a follow-up interview with more adventure camping-specific questions.
